Guide to Job Seekers

Responding to an employment ad:
Please fill in the Reply to Ad form at the bottom of the teacher's Wanted Ad page. Your job application will be sent to the employer (the ad host) directly. If you want to receive more offers and information please do the following steps and post your resume or job seeking information online. It is free of charge to you, job seekers.

Registering

1. You can browse the classifieds at any time without registering, but to post an ad, you must first register.
How to register? Please simply click on the Register() link. Fill in the register form. Finish the registering steps. You can put your easy remember USER NAME and PASSWORD (You can change your password at any time by choosing the Change Your Password option at the left frame of every page.
Please remember that we don't know your password. So you should keep the password which you selected carefully. If you lose it you'd come to 'Retrieve Lost Password' option at the left frame of every page with the email address you used in registration. Wait for a short time, a new PASSWORD will be sent to your email address. Then you can come to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD into an easy remember one.

You only need to register once, as you can change your user information at any time by choosing Member Services option at the left frame of every page, then clicking the Edit Your Registration link at the membership page.

Note: There may only be one account per email address. The system will not let you create more than one account with the same email address.

2. Place Your Resume online. You can post your resume in TEXT format online by yourself. If you want to post it in webpage format, Please edit your information (resume) with web-page editing software such as Front Page98, Front Page 2000, DREAMWEAVER4.0 etc., then send it to the webmaster by emails. After you submitted your TEXT format resume, webmaster will receive an email notice at once that you've posted an ad on the web. He/she will validate your resume as soon as possible (in a day). When the webmaster receive your HTML format resume, he/she will edit your TEXT format one and validate it again. You can put links to pictures (if you've put the pictures in other websites and they are active) in the HTML document but you can't upload any pictures to the server. You can send 2 to 3 photos to the webmaster via the email.

Don't worry if you don't know how to edit your resume in HTML format. If so, please send by EMAIL:* the materials which include 1 to 2 pictures to us. We'll edit it and post it on our site in three days for you. It's free of charge to you.

You'll receive a notice after your ad has been posted successfully and another email will arrive in your email box after your ad has been validated. The server will also send an email to you when your ad has expired.

3. Close your ad. You can close your ad at any time you want. After you have got a job and don't want to receive employers' emails any more, please close your ad.
You can come back to validate your job seeking information ad when you want to find position in China.
