Guide to Employers

Any employers can post their employment information (ads) on the site by themselves or entrust the webmaster to post. The information (ads) can be in HTML format or not. Please do the steps as follows to post an ad.

Note: The employment information is payment needed ad. The ad host must pay a small fee to us before the ad be validated.

A) Registering 

You can browse the classifieds at any time without registering, but to post an ad, you must first register.

How to register? Please simply click on the Register() link. Fill in the register form. Finish the registering steps. You can put your easy remember USER NAME and PASSWORD (You can change your password at any time by choosing the Change Your Password option at the left frame of every page.
Please remember that we don't know your password. So you should keep the password which you selected carefully. If you lose it you'd come to 'Retrieve Lost Password' option at the left frame of every page with the email address you used in registration. Wait for a short time, a new PASSWORD will be sent to your email address. Then you can come to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD into an easy remember one.

Notes: There may only be one account per email address. The system will not let you create more than one account with the same email address.

B) Ad posting

To post ad, click Employers Post Jobs () icon. Please edit your information with web-page editing softwares such as Front Page98, Front Page2000, DREAMWAVE4.0 etc. and copy the HTML codes. Once you choose the correct category for your item, simply follow all the onscreen instructions to paste the codes. 

Once you have entered all the information about your item, you will be presented with a preview screen where you can review all of the information you have entered and options you have chosen. Use the Back button to go back and make any necessary changes. Do not press the Finish button until you are absolutely sure that all of the information is correct. You will not be able to change or edit any information once you press the Finish button, and your account will immediately be charged with any applicable charges.

Once you press the Finish button your classified will be listed immediately and you will be presented with a link to where you can view your classified. The server will send an email which includes the information that you've posted your ad to the site to the webmaster. 

You can put links to pictures in the HTML document but you can't upload pictures to the server. Don't worry if you don't know how to edit your resume and your employment information in HTML format. Please send by EMAIL:* the materials which include 1 to 2 pictures to us and tell us your user name and password which generated automatically by the server. We'll edit it for you and post on our site in three days. It's free of charge to you.

C) Fee paying

To pay the small fee after you have posted your ad: The webmaster will contact you and fax you a copy of the "EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION POSTING AGREEMENT" for signing. You sign it and fax it back to us. Now you send the small fee to our accounts section. After we receive the fee the webmaster will validate your ad within the next three days. Only after you pay the small fee will the ad be validated and can be shown and visited. Please click here to read the FEE LIST FORM
